Pre-dinner drink at the Snowline Lounge as there were a group of 60 people dining at The Panorama Room at the time we walked in the restaurant and tried to get a table. The kitchen was too busy to take anymore guests. About 30 min later we got a table near the window and ordered our dinner. Nicely designed dishes, great presentation, unfortunately the food was not fresh either good enough to appreciated us. Tomato dices were watering, pasta tasted like rubber and salmon smells. I guess they were pre-cooked and stored away in the fridge. Service was okay but the whole experience was nothing close to  high standard fine dining except for the price. Maybe we were expecting for more when talking about award winning restaurant.
