Homemade Delicious ~ Dinner Time

It's getting warm and here's a dinner perfect for hot summer days.

Cold soba noodles: cook in boiling water for a couple of minutes and drain the noodles into a colander. Cool it down in running water. Served with dipping sauce which came with the package. You can make your own by mixing Kaeshi sauce and Dashi stock. I've added some white sesame and dry seaweed on top of the soba just to give the noodles a bit more flavour. You can reserved some water from the boiling noodles and added to the sauce at the end of the meal and drink it as soup.

Cold silken tofu with spring onion: slice tofu into your preferable shape. Finely chop spring onion place on top. Add salt and paper, olive oil and sesame oil for seasoning. I like spicy food, so I added a little chilli oil as well. If you like century egg, it would be good to slice the egg and place around the tofu and serve with vinegar and slice ginger sauce.

Garlic prawns: Remove shells and keep the tails on. Heat butter in frying pan, add prawns in and pan fried each side until change colour. Lower heat and add crushed garlic into the pan. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Served with lettuce and mayonnaise sauce.

Easy?
Super easy!
